After much deliberation and months of planning and deciding, we are back online and in your neighborhood once again take care of all your computer repair needs!

Thank you to all the loyal customers and supporters over the years that have now made this possible again.

We are new and improved and have changed how we do business to keep up with today's economical times. Oh we still do all the same services as before, in fact, we have added a few.

What we have done was restructure how we will be running the business. In order to keep costs down we have decided to no longer offer a store front where people can come to bring their PC's, but instead, and this is the great part, we are offering a in home pick up and delivery service. Yes that is right! We will come to your home/office and asses the situation. We will then let you know how long it might take and the price. If it would be a situation that would require us to take the system back to our shop (as in most cases) then that is what we will do. We will then repair the unit and return it to your home. We will completely hook it back up just as it was and demonstrate the repairs. This allows you run to fully operate your system to 'check it out' and make sure you are 100% satisfied before payment will be collected. Sound good?

All our techs are certified, friendly and always 100% professional. We will talk to you in english rather than geek to let you know what the problem is. We are a company you can trust for al your computer needs.

We offer: Virus/spyware removal, system spruce ups to clean out useless clutter and speed up the system, security checks, hardware/pc board diagnostics and replacement at vendor cost, all types of laptop repair from broken power connectors to complete hard drive cleaning reinstallation.

You have two ways to contact us...either email us at HelpMe@chrepair.com or call us at 610-777-6873 and speak with a REAL PERSON, not a complicated menu of options. If we are on the phone or away from our desk, PLEASE leave us a message as ALL voicemails/emails are IMMEDIATELY forwarded to Blackberries and a call/email will be returned in minutes.I promise!

We charge a BELOW industry standard flat rate $30/hr for ALL repairs, plus costs of parts if applicable, and minimal mileage charge (basically to cover gas). All taxes are included in this $30/hr charge as well. Check around and see  ALL the others charge way more AND will make you bring your PC in to them. We never have and never will charge that '1 time fee' just to show up at your door, as the others do. The repair costs start the moment one of our techs sits at your keyboard, and not a moment before.

Our hours are generally 7 days a week, 10am to 10pm (yes including any time Sat or Sun that works for you).
