We are new and improved and have changed how we do business to keep up with today's economical times. Oh we still do all the same services as before, in fact, we have added a few. We are now servicing Areas From Allentown, through Reading/Shillington, through Ephrata, and also The Lancaster County and Berks County areas. And anywhere is between. Of course we will service you no matter where you live.

What we have done was restructure how we will be running the business. In order to keep costs down we have decided to no longer offer a store front where people can come to bring their PC's, but instead, and this is the great part, we are offering an "FREE In home pick up and delivery service." Yes that is right! First, we will come to your home/office and asses the situation. We will then let you know how long it might take and the price. If it would be a situation that would require us to take the system back to our shop (as in most cases) then that is what we will do. We will then repair the unit and return it to your home. We will completely hook it back up just as it was and demonstrate the repairs. This allows you to fully operate your system to 'check it out' and make sure you are 100% satisfied before payment will be collected. Sound good?

All our techs are certified, college educated, years of experience in the field, friendly and always 100% professional. We will talk to you in English rather than Geek to let you know what the problem is. We are a company you can trust for all your computer needs.

MOST REPAIRS CAN BE COMPLETED INSIDE OF 24 HOURS! Yes you read correctly: We get right on the problem and most times can come right away (if you desire) and then the system worked on immediately and 99% of the time the system is completed/returned back to you finished within 24 hours. We understand...you NEED your computer!

We offer: Virus/spyware removal, system spruce ups to clean out useless clutter and speed up the system, security checks, hardware/pc board diagnostics and replacement at vendor cost, all types of laptop repair from broken power connectors to complete hard drive cleaning reinstallation. Also home networking to set up that wireless router with security. Of course we off lots of other services too...so please give us a call for any problem you might have. We charge a BELOW industry standard flat rate $30/hr for ALL repairs, plus costs of parts if applicable, and minimal mileage charge (basically to cover gas). All taxes are included in this $30/hr charge as well. Check around and see  ALL the others charge double or triple  AND usually make you bring your PC in to them (or charge you big time for a in home service call). We never have and never will charge that 'one time fee' just to show up at your door. The repair costs start the moment one of our techs sits at your keyboard, and not a moment before. Most repairs take from 1 to 4 hours. A standard virus removal on a semi-modern PC will take about 2 hours ($60 TOTAL-NO EXTRA HIDDEN FEES!!!).

Our hours are generally 7 days a week, 10am to 10pm (yes including any time Sat or Sun that works for you).But, honestly, we are always available 24/7.
